hi all,
just to let you know about a few times for swims before the big day,so.....to start there will be a swim at 6.30 tomorrow eve wednesday from the top of the back avenue up towards the opening of the lake past the the ski ramp and back,then next wednesday there will be another 4-5km swim starting point will be available shortly.
keep up the hard training everyone and most of all be safe!! and enjoy.
