hi everyone,
great turn out tonight for training,well done guys including one of sligo's newest ironman david downes who will be taking part in loughgills inaugural event and i've been informed that sean flannery will be joining us,great news.swim started this eve from the boathouse out past beezies island it was a little choppy but we battled on to the open part of the lake to view almost where the race will start,then turned to head back to shore,someone please tell us where caoimhe's hiding that propeller!! only joking caoimhe.great swim by all.keep up the training guys.by the way best of luck to anyone taking part in saturdays 4k in rossnowlagh.
